Public Policy Internships
Learn about and influence public policy. The Charles G. Koch Summer Fellow Program combines a paid public policy internship at a think tank or nonprofit with two weeklong career skills seminars and weekly policy lectures. Journalism Internships
Sharpen your writing skills and work with experienced journalists. The IHS Journalism Internship Program places talented writers in paid internships in print, broadcast, and investigative journalism. Placements are available at newspapers, media networks, and state-policy organizations and take place during the fall, spring and summer. Production Internships
Discover the best production techniques. The IHS Production Internship Program offers paid internships at production companies making films, documentaries, online video programs, and more. The program includes a weeklong IHS workshop featuring talks by filmmakers and policy analysts. Applicants at all levels of experience are encouraged to apply. SCHOLARSHIPS
Undergraduate and Graduate Studies
IHS Humane Studies Fellowships are awards of up to $12,000 for students researching the principles, practices, and institutions necessary for a free society. Open to full-time graduate students and outstanding undergraduates, including law and journalism students, who will pursue a degree full-time in the 2010-2011 academic year. Apply by December 31. Master of Fine Arts
The IHS Film & Fiction Scholarships are awards of up to $10,000 for students pursuing a Master of Fine Arts degree in filmmaking, fiction writing, or playwriting, and who share an appreciation for the potential and promise of a free society.
